A Problem-Solving Approach to Graphic & Web Design
My background is in IT, where problem-solving and troubleshooting were part of everyday work. At the same time, I’ve always enjoyed creating. Graphic and web design allow me to combine technical thinking with creativity to build solutions that actually work.
I first got into graphic design by creating custom birthday invitations for my kids. What started as a personal project quickly grew when other parents began requesting their own designs. That experience showed me how powerful good design can be when it’s clear, thoughtful, and intentional.
I began as a self-taught designer, learning through tutorials and online resources, before returning to school to study web design and graphic design formally. After graduating, I worked in a small print shop, gaining hands-on experience taking designs from concept all the way through print production. That real-world experience continues to shape how I approach design today.

Over time, I expanded my skill set to include SEO and page optimization, learning how design, content, and structure work together to improve visibility in search engines.
I’ve worked with larger companies, but I’m especially passionate about helping small businesses. Many small business owners need professional-level design and marketing without hiring a full-time designer—and that’s where I come in.
